SENiLe email newsletters or bulletins are sent to a circulation list of individuals who have indicated they are interested in night orienteering. No names will be added to the distribution list without this acknowledgement and no-one will be emailed against their wishes.

SENiLe news emails will be sent individually such that distribution email addresses will not be visible to others as part of the email generation process. The newsletter will not include any paid advertisements, banners or other unsolicited offers. Of course it will include information on forthcoming orienteering events and invitations to consider attending one or more of them.

If you decide to subscribe to receive email newsletters the only information stored is your name, email address & club. This information is used only for SENiLe news distribution and the list will never be circulated or used for other purposes.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email using the feedback link or by responding to any of the newsletter emails. You will be immediately removed from the distribution list.

Neither SENiLe online nor the co-ordinator is registered under the Data Protection Act. That is why compliance with this policy is important for me. If you have any questions in connection with this privacy policy, please contact me.
